It never says that Michael will raise the dead. In fact in John 5:28, 29 it says that Jesus is the one to raise the dead.
In fact if I am not mistaken, there are only 5 places in the Bible where it mentions Michael the archangel at all. It only mentions him once in Revelation (unless I am mistaken). None of these times does it indicate that he was Jesus. Why does the Watchtower society believe that Michael the Archangel is Jesus Christ?
